Discriminatory Appointments:

Below are some of the very important appointments made by “Federal Islamist Jihadist’s imperial Government” to confirm our apprehension:

Chief Executives of Educational institutions:

  1. Head of Universities: NUC Prof.  Abubakar Adamu Rasheed  - Hausa/Fulani Muslim
  2. Head of Polytechnics: Hausa/Fulani Muslim

88% of the appointments are Northern Muslim/Fulani Muslim. (Only one person is from South West, nevertheless, a Muslim.)

This is in addition of handing over the Security Units in the Nation to Muslims. President Buhari has masterfully completed the configuration of the entire National Security structure/architecture firmly in the hands of the Northern Hausa-Fulani Muslims alone to the exclusion of all other ethnic groups in Nigeria. This is definitely unfair, not just to Christians but to all non-Muslims in Nigeria.

The Security Units are configured as follows:

  1. Police IG ........... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani
  2. Chief of Army Staff ....... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani
  3. Minister for Defense ..... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani
  4. Minister for Internal Affairs ...... Northern Muslim Hausa-Fulani

JOIN THE CHRISTIAN SOCIAL MOVEMENT AND ENCOURAGE OTHER CHRISTIANS TOO, TO DO SO.

If Christians do not come together and use their formidable number and potentials to stop the Islamists, Christianity will be eradicated and Christians would be murdered. The hand writing is clear on the wall.

Please read the testimony below of survivors from southern Kaduna:

SOUTHERN KADUNA GENOCIDE – EYE WITNESSES

Press Conference
23rd November, 2016
National Christian Center, Abuja.

I am Rev. Nathan. I am the Secretary of CAN Godogodo zone and here with me are nine (9) persons from Godogodo zone and Gidan Waya Zone all of these 9 persons are living witnesses to how the crisis started and where the crisis is today. So we will be giving you, to the best of our knowledge and before God who created us first hand information on what we know.

Updates of the Communal clash between farmers and Fulani herdsmen in Godogodo kingdom Jama’a local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The 9 of us that here are witnesses to what happened we narrowly escaped death and some of us participated in the some dialogue in order to curb the clash even before it took place.

I will state the cause of the clash, the number of village that were affected, the number of people  killed, the number of people that were injured and the number of house that were burnt down. And finally, I will state to us the condition of our people as we speak today.

 I begin with the Cause:

The Godogodo /Gidan Waya clash between the Fulani herdsmen and the farmers started on the 26th of May 2016. It started in the farm when one Ango Gambo went to his farm around 4pm in the evening of that 26th and he was “macheted” by 4 Fulani boys, 2 from Ninte and two from Ninte Gada.

Ango was rushed to the General Hospital in Kafanchan, while he was in hospital that fateful day, his children and relatives in retaliation went to the Ardo (Fulani community leader) of Ninte and burnt his house and equally killed the Ardo. While we were trying our best to fish out those boys who did that, the police also came down in order to make arrest and they made arrests. But while the security operatives were making their arrest, the Fulani came back on the 31st of May 2016 and burnt down the entire village. Ninte is a village that has a population of over 1000 people. It has 2 big churches: - one is a Baptist and the other is an ECWA Church. All of these churches have a congregation of more than 500 worshippers on Sunday meetings. And everybody who is in Ninte earns his living from farming. So their houses were burnt down on that day, 5 persons were killed. I will give the breakdown of the number of people that were killed because I was an eye witness and I saw everything.

After the attack on Ninte, the CAN in Godogodo took it upon itself to ensure that there is reconciliation between the Fulani’s and the Farmers in which I personally was involved.

The Godogodo chief did his very best to ensure that there was reconciliation between the 2 parties. And while we were doing that a week later, Fulani herdsmen from Gidan Waya, Atuku and Mai Lafiya moved their cattle into the farmlands of the Ninte people and were not grazing on the grass, but rather were grazing on the farmlands. I personally took it upon myself to see very Area Commander then Abdullahi Ibrahim to report the issue to him. When we reported the issue, the actors were called upon to come  over and to see to their people to withdraw their cattle from the Ninte farmlands. And one actor specifically came out to say they will not move their cattle out of Ninte. They stayed in Ninte for over one and a half month. During this period, 13 people from Ninte were “macheted”, one woman a 70 year old was raped, all of these people we took to the hospital I took them there and I had to source money to settle their hospital bills. On each occasion they visited their farms, the herds of the Fulani’s’ will be grazing in their farm. Even when our people did nothing to provoke them, they were still “machete”. But we thank God that none died.

While this was going on, we initiated again as Christian Association of Nigeria, initiated a peace treaty to which the Fulani themselves can testify. We started the Peace Treaty July 22nd. The nature of the peace Treaty is : What Do You As Fulani’s Want The Farmers to Do For You So That There Will be Peace? They stated nine point and the farmers accepted that they will observe all those 9 points.

Again, we now asked the Farmers,: What DO You Want From the  Fulani’s? They too gave 8 points and the Fulani’s said they will do all 8.  We finally signed that document on the 1st of August 2016. The last person to sign the document was the Patron of Miyetti Allah Southern Kaduna and after he signed that document, I was personally called that a couple had been shot in the farm. I left that venue and conveyed the husband of the couple to the hospital. I was happy I thought the matter was resolved. Later his mother was brought to the hospital she is still in a hospital in Jos receiving treatment as we speak. After this, his wife was shot dead. That was the beginning of that crisis.

The next day which is 2nd of August 2016 around 6:45am, the Fulani’s attacked Gada Biu, from that time till the next day. The security operatives will testify. I was also an eye witness, I saw it, I narrowly escaped death. Some media people reported that I was shot dead.

One thing we noticed on that day is that while the media people have before now reported that unknown gunmen have been attacking, for us it is amazing because the people who attacked us and we saw are not unknown. They are our own Fulani who have been staying with us for years. They were the ones who led the attack. None of these attacks took place in the night, it all happened during the daytime and so we could see who was attacking us. We also saw how our members were being killed. I who am standing here before you lost 7 members. We manage to bury 5, and like I said earlier on, it took us the grace of God to escape.

Now the crises continued after the 2nd of August and because our people had to like flee from their houses the week following, nobody could go back to their houses or farm. This report that we are giving you from Ninte down to Gidan Waya, 95% of the inhabitants of those villages earn their living from the farm. They are not Civil Servant. In fact in my church, I have only 2 civil servants in a church that has the population of over 300 members. Almost all of them are farmers. So nobody could go to his farm. That was how one after another, the crises spread from Ninte to Godogodo and all through to where to where we are today.

I‘d like to give a breakdown of the communities that were affected, and the number of people killed in these communities. These communities that I will give their names still exist. When you go to the station and you require people to take you to these communities you can get there and see what is happening for yourself. The crises began in Ninte. Overall, we have 25 villages that were affected in Godogodo kingdom.

 Ninte the 1st place 2) Andaha, 3)Gada Biu, 4) Farin Hawa, 5) Golkofa, 6) Ungwa Anjo, 7)Akwa, 8)Godogodo, 9)Nindem,10) Kibam, 11)Dogon Fili, 12)Antang, 13) Atuku-gada, 14)Manyi Kanjun, 15)Sabon Gari, 16)Ungwa Ali, 17)Kukun Tafan, 18)Missisi,19) Angban Tafan, 20)Mile One ( Gidan Waya), 21) Tafan Gida, 22)Pasakori, 23)Tudun Wada Amere, 24)Gidan Waya and 25)Kwarsha

The numbers of persons that were killed are as follows:

Names of Villages Killed          Injured       Receiving Treatment
Ninte 5
Andaha 7
Gada Biyu 7
Farin Hawa 3
Golkofa 11
Unguwa Anjo

Godogodo 30 37

Pasakori 2
Tudun Wada Amere 2
Gidan waya 1
Kwarsha 1
Chawei land 45

Let me say here that there are 3 villages in Chawei that were attacked too last week and the total number of death toll recorded there is 45.

As we speak now, over 50,000 houses were burnt down in these 25 villages. As we speak, more than 102 people were killed in our own kingdom I am not including the 45 in Chawei kingdom. More than 215 people were injured. Glory be to God very many of whom have recovered and few are receiving treatment.

Over 10,000 people have been displaced including me that am speaking. I had to leave my station and rent a house in Kafanchan now for 4 months.  I am supposed to be in my station but I have left because I am displaced. I cannot stay in Gada Biu; neither can any of the members of my congregation stay there.

When you get to Kafanchan, today, in L.E.A Kafau, you will find an IDP camp there; you will find another one in Kalinkwan, and another one in Sonji. Many of our people are not used to staying in IDP camps; they have moved to other villages some to Abuja, Kaduna, Kafanchan and some other places.

Over 30,000 hectares of farmlands were destroyed and these farmlands have already being cultivated, the crops are getting to the point of harvest that the Fulani deliberately pushed their cattle into the farmland and destroyed.

I want to cite myself as an example; I had about 2 hectares of maize plantation. I had only one month to harvest, before the Fulani’s released their cattle into the farm and everything has been destroyed. Most of our people have invested so much on their farms; they have not reaped anything and will get nothing out of their farms.

There are 21 villages without the presence of security agents. We want the government to know and I know they know. I want us all to know that only 4 villages have security operatives, zero policemen and few military persons. About 21 villages are without security even as we speak today. And the government want these displaced persons to come back. How will they come back to a land where they are not sure of their lives?

As we speak today, we are not estimating, we have 20 churches that cannot worship on Sunday because their members are displaced and also there is no security presence in those places. Some of those churches have been burnt down and some have been vandalized. Most of our church instruments have been taken away by who we don’t know but of course, because we are fighting with Fulani’s we will want to conclude they are the one that took away our own church instruments.

It will also interest the whole world to know, that when the crises began on 26th of May, Governor El-Rufai has only visited once, and his visit was in August. That is 2 months after the crises began. And after his visit, till now that we speak, the impact of the visit is not in any way felt by us the persons affected. Because when we heard that he came, we were hopeful that after a week or so, everything will get back to normal or we will see some improvement by way of security presence, but up till today nothing has happened.

Something of great concern to us is that among our security operatives, there is religious sentiment among them. Those of them who came to defend us are not defending us most especially the military. We give kudos to the few Mobile Policemen that are there. I want you to known that most of our people that were shot in their farm, their relatives had to be accompanied by Mobile Policemen to retrieve their corpses while the military just remain in the villages staying there and doing nothing.

Like I said earlier on, we heard from the media a month ago, that the gunmen who attacked Godogodo, from September 25th - October 15 were unknown. We know them. And while they were on that attack, they were shouting Allahu arkba! This shows that they are not unknown.

The Kaduna State Government said 2 weeks ago, I saw it on the media that peace is restored to Jama’a Local govt. But I want to say peace has not been restored. Last Saturday, the government initiated a peace agreement we signed with the Fulani. The day the agreement was signed, 5 people were killed. Till today, our people are still being killed, till yesterday the herds still graze on our farm lands. We want to tell the Governor that total peace has not been restored.

Finally, no tangible arrests have been made on the Fulani’s. We know those who came to attack us, we have not heard of government making any arrest on the Fulani’s. On the contrary, our boys who were just sitting in their houses were arrested by the police. We have not heard any report from anywhere. We want to ask this question: Our question is, the weapons the Fulani’s used during the crisis, are weapons that even the Kafanchan Area Command does not have. The minimum is an AK 47, so we ask this question, where or how do they acquire these guns? I want to say here that this is not in any way aimed at challenging any government but is a cry to the government to hear us and come to our aid. The crisis is still on, for us, nothing has been done. We will not want to lose any of our brothers again, whether from the Fulani or the farmers.

Secondly, I like to tell the whole world that these 25 villages you hear about do not have food to eat today, they will not have to eat tomorrow and neither will they have food to eat next year. They don’t have the guarantee that they can return to their farms next rainy season. There is no man who will harvest a single corn in all these villages and eat them. Personally, as I stand here, in most of the places I am privileged to speak on behalf of others, I will always require and plead that people raise whatever kind of support they can to help our people back there because there is hunger and famine.

Thank you very much.
