LAY FAITHFUL TRUST FOUNDATION
RELIEF DISTRIBUTION OF CLOTHES TO IDPs
Venue: St. Thomas Catholic Church, Mallagum, Southern Kaduna
Thursday 18th November 2021
Lay Faithful Trust Foundation conducted another round of distribution of clothes to IDPs in Southern Kaduna on Thursday 18th November 2021. The current exercise was done inside St. Thomas Catholic Church, Mallagum, Southern Kaduna. The IDPs in the environment converged inside the Church building for the project.
Once again, we thank all the brethren who graciously donated clothes for our persecuted brethren. We thank The Lifeline Hub which sent sizeable quantity of clothes from UK, as well as other donors locally who brought good clothes. We had enough to conduct the relief distribution in two locations: Southern Kaduna and Taraba State.
We also thank VFC for providing the Lagos collection centre as well as other logistics support. The CSMN representatives in Southern Kaduna are also appreciated for their good work.
God bless you all.
We urge Christians to remember that the task of ministering to the persecuted Christians is for all believers. There is no exception. Anyone who has the hope of reigning with Christ must be prepared to answer the question: “When I was persecuted, what did you do?”
We currently have three functional collection centres, nationwide. The centres are listed below. More collection centres are required, and we need more Christian organizations to offer their premises as collection centres.
