In line with our accountability and transparency policy, the accounts of Christian Social Movement of Nigeria for the period October 2014 – December 2019 has been audited and the preliminary Report has been handed over to the Chairman of the Governing Council as well as the National Christian Elders Forum.

Meanwhile, the Board of Trustees for the Lay Faithful Trust Fund has been appointed by the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Christian Social Movement of Nigeria.

The members of the Trustees are from the five Blocs of the Nigerian Church as follows:
OAIC Bloc
TEKAN/ECWA
CCN
CSN
CPFN/PFN

We should bear in mind that all these efforts are undertaken in obedience to the command of God that we should “Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.” Heb. 13: 3 We should put ourselves in the position of the persecuted Christians and imagine the trauma of violently losing loved ones and being driven from one’s house into an IDP camp. We cannot afford to stand in silence and unconcerned.

We look forward to the support of Nigerian Christians, both at home and in the Diaspora, as we commence efforts to raise funds to take care of our persecuted brethren as well as protect and promote Christianity in Nigeria. Our collective interest in this regard is at stake.

Please be reminded to individually contribute monthly donation of N500 (it could be more or less) into the Lay Faithful Trust Fund at:
