THANKSGIVING: God has seen us through yet another month unto the beginning of the 8th month. How awesome our God is. Truly our God more than deserves all our praise. Give Him thanks, praise and glory for yourself, your family, the Church and Nigeria. Thank Him also for what He shall do to demonstrate His glory.
REPENTANCE: Also, ask God for mercy and forgiveness for all of your sins, your family’s, the Church and Nigeria; pray for grace to turn and live in obedience; that our land may be healed (2 Chron. 7.14).
FOCUS OF THE WEEK: Swift help of God in Mercy, especially for the Spirit of God to raise a standard
PRAYERS
- Psa_56:1 & 57.1 “Be merciful unto me, O God: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me....Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.” Let us pray, yea cry unto the Lord to have mercy on you, your family, the Church and Nigeria....and to help us (a) live right (b) have safety and peace in the nation
- Deu_33:26 “There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.” Praise the God Who is a very present help in trouble, Who rides the heavens unto our help,….thereafter pray for Him to ride into Abuja, into Sokoto, Zamfara and into every community, city, LGA, state, including the forests and highways

- Isa_59:19 “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him” Pray earnestly unto the Lord that “the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against” the devil and all his agents that have flooded Nigeria and are marauding across the land…..& pray that the Lord shall do that which firmly establish that (a) Jehovah God is real, is supreme and rules over the affairs of this nation (b) “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun”
- Rev_12:11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, …” Plead the blood of Jesus Christ and overcome all evil and overthrow all the plans, schemes and counsels of the devil and his agents
- Rev_12:11 “And they overcame him….by the word of their testimony…” Proclaim God’s word for your life, family, the Church and the nation. Also proclaim authentic prophecies that God has sent regarding our nation
