He has given us authority over every power of the enemy; set us over the nations and the kingdoms; put all creation under our feet etc. Also, it is what we allow on earth that is allowed in heaven and vice versa. We MUST NOT allow brazen daylight robbery to deny the Church and Nigeria of a glorious new dawn. THANKSGIVING & WORSHIP: Psm 107:15-16 “Oh that men would praise the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! For He hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder” Despite the undesirable things we see around us, God has already given us the victory! Also, if the devil had his way, we will be in turmoil and crisis; degraded; or would not exist. Nigeria’s story would probably have been history! O, let’s bless the Lord. It’s a new season for Nigeria and Nigerians – including you and I, and our families. SATAN AND HIS AGENTS CANNOT STOP OR REVERSE THIS. Join heaven’s angels in faith to raise a glad sound in faith over Nigeria and the Body of Christ. Praise God for all He has done for you, your family, the Church and Nigeria through 2022….& for greater things He is set to do NOW !
REPENTANCE: Truly repent and ask God for mercy and forgiveness for all of your sins, your family’s, the Church and Nigeria, and for the contributions of Christians to the woes of believers and of Nigeria by ignoring prophetic warnings. Pray for grace to turn and live in obedience; that our land may be healed (2 Chron. 7.14)

1. Gen_1:14 “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years” and Psa 8:6 “Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of Thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his feet” ALL things are under the feet of God’s consecrated children. Having repented and reinforced your righteousness through the blood of Jesus Christ, command both lesser and greater lights to change Nigeria’s season from seasons of corruption, darkness, dominance of evil and unbelievers to seasons of righteous, peace, joy in the Holy Ghost; of dominion of the righteous; of nations coming to Nigeria to learn righteousness; of rapid and sustained socio-economic progress etc [name other desirable elements of the new season and command the lights to conform like Joshua commanded the sun]
2. Mat_5:14 “Ye are the light of the world” Call forth the human lights in the Church to shine forth and play their own part in changing the season of the Church and of Nigeria; address and demolish anything standing in the way of the indomitable shining of the Church and believers in Nigeria to change and sustain the season
3. Joh_1:5 “And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not” and 1Jn_5:4 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” Address altars, powers, personalities and forces trying to quench lights that have shined forth already. Decree that God’s lights overcome all forces of darkness; that they shall by no means be quenched; and that the dawn breaking over Nigeria shall by no means be reversed; no power shall prolong night and darkness over Nigeria; terminate and eliminate all seen, unseen, human, institutional, physical and spiritual, local and global forces and powers of darkness contending with the new dawn breaking over Nigeria
4. Job 38:12 “Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place. That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?” A morning is breaking over Nigeria; shame is about to give way to fame; stagnation and retrogression are about to give way to acceleration and ascension. But the night does not disappear except by the strong heat and the brilliant light of the sun. Now command the spiritual and political morning that is breaking over Nigeria, cause the dayspring by your decrees to take hold of the ends of the earth, especially but not only Nigeria and shake out the wicked; shake out election riggers; cultists, occultists, Jihadist collaborators and government officials seeking to impose Muslim-Muslim leadership over Nigeria fraudulently
5. Psa_84:11 “For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly” Where the lesser and greater lights in the firmaments, and human lights on the ground fail, the Lord God – the eternal Sun and Shield – cannot fail. Ask the Lord, “the Bright and Morning Star”, to please arise over Nigeria in His great mercy; to give grace and glory to His children in Nigeria; to withhold no good thing; and especially to not allow good, righteous Godly governance elude His children and Nigeria this 2023
6. Eze_21:27 “I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him” God has already made His will clear: to overturn “until he come whose right it is” Partner with God and decree that there be a decisive overturning of all whose right is NOT and that the throne of Nigeria be given to he whose right it is through the judiciary or by any means God chooses.
7. Isa 22:20-21 “And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah: And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah” Beseech God to fulfil all His good word concerning Nigeria, and to robe and plant His own Eliakim upon the throne of Nigeria that will be a father to all Nigerians
- Pray other prayers for current national issues as you have observed or are burdened to pray. Pray also for the ongoing political transition process that there be no hijack, and the next leader shall be of God.
- SPECIAL PRAYER: Pro_29:2 “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice” (a) Lord have mercy on Leah Sharibu and all others abducted and still in the hands of their captors. Please raise political leaders that will set them free. (b) Defend Your children from Jihad in S/Kaduna, Jos and other Christian territories (c.) Have mercy on IDPs and enable them return to their homes.
