THANKSGIVING & REPENTANCE: Psm 102:13 “Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come” Give mighty thanks to God that He has ordained not to deal with us according to merit but in the abundance of His mercy; and His time to favour you, yours, and Nigeria has come. Also, ask God for mercy and forgiveness for all of your sins, those of your family, the Church and Nigeria; pray for grace to "turn from...wicked ways" and live in obedience; that our land may be healed (2 Chron. 7.14). Seek God’s help for sustained righteousness in your life, family, the Church and the nation.

Pro_23:18 “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off”
- Give God praise that by His settled word, the dashing of the righteous hopes of His children is forbidden; their hopes for peace, security, progress, drastic reduction in corruption, and for revival in the land
- Pray for God to lead believers in the paths of righteousness, not to abuse grace, and to do the things that attract God’s mercy
Exo_6:1 “Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.”
- Israel expected the yoke of their oppressors to be broken and their bondage terminated. This expectation was not cut off. Despite the frailty of Israel vs. the gargantuan might of Pharaoh and His army, God did it – with a “strong hand”. Pray that God will regard the Passover blood of Jesus Christ and do for Nigeria now
Hag 2:6-7 “For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; and I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory.”
- Do not ask God. He has already purposed and ordained it. In the name of Jesus Christ, command all shake all shakeables necessary for peace in Nigeria and perfection of His will to be shaken, breakables to be broken in Nigeria and across all nations, and in the heavens
- Decree that every hindrance to the desire of Nigerians and to the enthronement of Jesus Christ in Nigeria should give way NOW
- Now pray to God to fill the Body of Christ in Nigeria with His glory
Hag 2:8-9 The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace”
- Decree that all those who have been amassing wealth by corruption, abduction and evil manipulations be shaken out and displaced, and let Nigeria’s wealth flow into the hands of God’s dependable children
- Call forth the latter glory of the Church in Nigeria and the glory of the new Nigeria that shall be far greater than all former and present glory
- Pray to the Lord to now fulfil His promise: “in this place will I give peace”
MATTERS ARISING IN THE NATION: Pray for other matters arising in the nation as observed or as the Spirit of God leads; cast down evil imaginations that lead men to attack airports, trains, etc. Pray that in the ensuing political activities, party primaries etc, God’s counsel shall stand in all irrespective of what the hearts of men have devised; pray for an end to the war in Ukraine; pray for Israel etc.; and give thanks and praise to God.
