The Women of Faith of the St. Peter's Igbo Anglican Church, Hamilton, New Jersey, USA, in collaboration with the Lay Faithful Trust Foundation of Nigeria, conducted humanitarian relief distributions at two orphanages in Awka, Anambra State on Monday, 5th December 2022.
The distribution took place at ECWA Widows Training Centre, Samaru Kataf, Southern Kaduna.

Pastor Joel Mildai was fleeing with his family from Boko Haram when they had an accident which crippled him. He was bedridden since then.
During the empowerment project to Christian IDPs in Yola, Lay Faithful Trust Foundation was informed about his case, and the Foundation responded as follows:

The widow went to bed praying to God to give her a measure of fertilizer to apply on her farm. She had no money to purchase a bowl of fertilizer. If she wanted a good yield, she must apply fertilizer. She prayed herself to sleep, pleading with God to help.

National Christian Elders Forum (NCEF) has been observing events as Nigeria prepares for another election year in 2023. The intrigues and the horse trading by the political class are uncomfortable indications that those who rule Nigeria have not learnt any lesson from the errors of the past. In view of rising ritualist, political and jihadist killings, and the threat of worse; in view of insistent prophetic calls to prayers against these woes, especially calls for brigades of mourning women, the Nigeria National Prayer altar hereby kindly invites women to strategic nights of intercessory lamentations at the ongoing nightly online national prayers, scheduled as follows:
